I HAVE BEEN PUNISHED CAUSE IAM A CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICES

I AM A HOLDER OF PREPAID [ONE YEAR PLAN ].MY MOBILE NO 9952184854

I HAVE BEEN FINED FOR CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE TO REMIND MY GRIVIENCES WHICH HAVE ALREADY MADE AS COMPLAINTS.

FINED RUPEES 3/- WHEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE IN 121 ON 24.12.2007

AT 1658 HRS AND 1700 HRS AND 1714 HRS.

HERE THERE IS BEAUTY THAT IS THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS NOT RESPOND TO MY CALL BUT FINED AT 1700 HRS

IT SHOWS THEIR VERY VERY WORST AND CRUEL ATTITUDE

WILL IT BE EXCUSABLE

REMEDY PLEASE.
