Mobile topup message not received

I have asked for a Rs 100 topup for my mobile phone no 9701296059 from andhra pradesh circle through ICICI Bank Pune Aundh Branch on 23/9 at around 1245 Hrs. I have not received the topup message nor the topup has taken place. Rs 100 is a valid amount for this channel. The money was deducted from my account.

Payment confirmation number given by the bank is 0121281996.Please Help.
