Changing the plan of internet connection

i want to deactivate my current internet plan connection... just now i am using rs 549/- plan at my connection but i want to deactivate it and again want to take the old plan i.e. rs 499/-.my account no. is 13791528 and my landline no is 0751-4011011.so kindly please deactivate my current plan and activate the old plan of rs 499/-.
