Disconnection before due date of payment

I have Airtel mobile no 9810412382, whic i am using from long time but my experience with them is poor, bills are always very high inspite of all cheapest options. Today it has croosed the limit of unsatisfaction when i was trying to call from my mobile and got the information that my telephone services are debarred because of non payment. Payment due date is 4th october and today is 3rd october.

I have lodged a complaint on 2 days back regarding high billings and requested for three months bills. Two months back they have changed my bill plan in which sms cost is only Rs.0.10, Airtel to airtel 1000 callls free other benifits still bill was 5000, next bill Rs.7000

Effect of my complaint and and informing that i will pull them in consumer court is they have disconnectd my no.today, complint number is F564103235, complaint attended by Danish at 5.35 AM on 3rd october.

I wish to take this case in consumer court for harrasement and losses to me.

Please advise action.
