Aitel is not making the right bill after my plan change.

I informed Airtel call center vide request no. 753042 dt 18 July

for changing my plan from 799 to 499. Airtel did not take any action on the plan change promise for two months. After my repeated call center contacts, the plan change was done from 17 Sep 09 with giving me past credit notes to take in to effect of plan change from 18 July 09. I was sent a bill for Rs 1102

with 799 plan. On seeing this I asked for the revised bill (which is still pending)

to be sent by Airtel. I have made several request for this but with no result.

My recent request numbers are 24685282 dt 24 Sep 2009 and 24722568 dt 25 Sep 2009.

Every time when I contact thro' call center I am promised for resolution of the problem same day but in return I receive a payment reminder call on my mobile threatening that the phone will be disconnected.

Is this a service given by Airtel to its customer?
