I m disturb by customer care representative bcz any one person changed my hello tune and apply one vulgur tune.
actually my airtel main balance minur that means airtel cut the main balance without any reason as like always... so that time i call cc and asked them why ur company do this? so he replied no madam we never do this and u telling lie... i asked him why company take 4 Ruppes for 50 second from air to airtel..he replied no this wrong and said me only three rupees for that 50 second..and he argue with me... so i told him thnx and finish the call..after 5 minutes i got one sms that this hello tune activated on ur mobile for 365 days... i got surprize... and i m angry why he do this... that time i have no more balnce to get that 365 days vulgur tune... plzz help me... before few days my tune is "Ek ucha lamba kad." no so ugly ..thats y i keep my cell in switch off mode. may be i will go to take any action for Airtel...
