I have bought this phone in Airtel Lobby Hyderabad Model is Blackberry 8900 in June. In the month of July one fine morning key pad of the handset stopped working and I had taken it to Airtel the problem was rectified and given back to me after 12 days. Now again in October I have the same problem with the handset and I am now transferred to Visakhapatnam.

I have visited Lobby Vizag and they are not willing to listen to me and say if the handset is purchased in their showroom then they are responsible and I need to approach Hyderabad. Looks ridicules to me afterall I have purchased the handset from AIRTEL and its still under warranty.

I am still a gold customer of IDEA and taken a Airtel connection just for their blackberry services (IDEA was not giving the same when I took Airtel connection).

A prompt response will be greatly appreciated. Hope AIRTEL responds.
