Sir, i am a airtel billing customer and they hve issue me a plan of 299alex full value in that call charges is 30ps ana 300calls free and 300sms free but due 2their mistake my plan change 299alex in that monthly rent 299 and call charges is 50ps. i hve complaint in frontline sales (distributor) from where i ws buy the card and they ws told me that ur plan wl change from next bill cycle and u wl get discount but till nw i nt get any discount in bill.and i also called to airtel nodal officer on 9987234865 from mon to fri 9.30 to 6.30 but number is switch off this seems that they making fools 2customers.
