I activated the mobile office package from my airtel connection for which only Rs 99.00 should have been deducted from my available balance but to my surprise an additional 60 was deducted from my account. When I called the customer care executive they couldnot give me any proper feedback.
The case was not once but this happened twice. Firstly on January 4th I activated the internet offer and RS 60 extra was deducted. Again after consulting with the customer care executive I activated the offer on 14th of january and again Rs 60 extra was deducted.
In this regard I have given some 20 complains to the Customer care but its of no use every time a different person is coming on line and giving fake assurance about the settlement of my problem. But till date i.e 16 of january nithing has been done regarding my problem.
