Echarge problem

On 21.10.09 night at 7.20 pm i did recharge for rupees 160 i verified about the recharge to the customer care before i did recharge but i didnt get the offer for the 160 rupees recharge. for past ten days i am calling the airtel customer care but they are not responding me properly. they say they filed complaint for this. so please take the required action for this
