They offered me Rs. 62 recharge and the talkvalue will be Rs. 82 and valid for three weeks, i recharged but i din't get Rs. 82 as talkvalue instead of that they gave me as a booster for one year (local A2A = 50ps, other mobiles 60ps/min and sms cost 50ps) and with nil balance. Previously my plan was A2A (local) 75 mins free, other mobiles 1Re. and. 100 sms free per day.
I registered a complaint with AirTel around 7AM on 1-11 they said it will be resolved with in 13.30hrs of 2-11, but still it was not resolved they ask for another day.
I want my old plan to be activated ASAP
