On 03.11.09, I had made the payment of my mobile bill amounting to Rs. 570/- through online, but Airtel has not issued any receipt of that payment. Accordingly I contacted their customer care (121),
they told me that there is no provision of sending the receipt, only bank transaction is the prof that the payment has been made. Whereas other companies are issuing the receipt of online payments such as MTNL, LIC etc. In order to claim that particular bill a proper receipt is required, kindly provide the same, so that i may claim the bill from my office.
