Wrong commitment and worst customer support

Myself Pankaj Rawat and my contact number is 9958917556. I have taken Airtel Net on phone (NOP) plan on 23rd of Oct and at the time of activating this plan i had talked to almost 4-5 airtel customer care executives regarding the benefits of this plan and they assured me that i can access gmail, yahoomail, rediffmail by activating this plan and there will be no extra charge for that. But when i had checked it is not working so i had complaint it toAitel [email protected], i had already sent almost 10-15 mails to them but didn't got any sufficient revert from their side. They are saying that i have to subscribe for Mobile office plan. Even the airtel customer care numbers (121 and 12132) are not working properly, in this at the time of transferring the call to customer care executive call automatically disconnects. Now i don't know to who is the concern person for solving this issue.
