I just want to close Airtel Fixedline account number 14879791, telephone no is 011-46726609.
I had paid the last bill amount of Rs. 729/- and rest is remain for unbilled amount.
I have the following concern no./ integration no. are:-
105417270 - 01-Nov - requested for cancellation
105731330 - 03-Nov - forward a request again
105859810 - 04-Nov - confirmed by customer care i.e. connection is closed.
105954647 - 04-Nov - night- again confirmed by customer care that will close with in 24 hours.
But the connection still going on, If it is not going to be closed by the e.o.f. today, i.e. 04-Nov, then I am not responsible for any un-billed or billed amount for the same connection.
Airtel Telemedia Services will responsible for the same.
