I have been using the number 9890033879 for last 4 years, a few days back they discontinued my service for 5 days after trying for 5 days they resumed my service. For last 2 days my service has been discontinued again. When I tried to reach out to customer care they replied that all my record has been deleted from their database and I'll have to purchase a new number. This would affect me both personally and professionally. Kindly help. I'm in a big project at the moment and I can't change my number nor I can do with this discontinued service.
