I would like to inform u that i m an airtel prepaid customer of MP no. 9993204546, i have a issue regarding customer care service of airtel, they don't have a manners how to talk with the customer, and they dont know that how to make the conversation with the cust.they always talking with attitude and they can not think only a time it self before disconnecting the call and they dont follow the process and the trai rules and they are not aware of that thing that if cust.is not responding properly or he is abusing then they has to give the warning three times before disconnecting the calls..and they just disconnect the calls without reason.plz check it by internal test calls also.and give thm training that how to talk with the customers and teach them that what is customer delightness and custmer satisfaction..they are just disposing the airtel brand image and also making the cust.to remove airtel services from his life.
its really a serious matter and a kind of mental harrasement .
plz told them one thing that cust.only call to customer care center when he is facing some problem from the services or regarding any query and they are at the position of CSA for just customer service.that' they are there to just recti fy the concerns and give the customer satisfaction..

executive's names which i remember are - priyanka, manoj, rakesh and they don't share the interaction ID ALSO which is as per TRAI POLICY A WRONG STEP
