I have called to register several complaints at airtel and everytime i get a sms from them within 10 days saying "Trust your issue number ******** has ben resolved. If not, please contact 121". It is comic, because then i have to call and log another complaint that the previous issue has not been resolved. There have been only two issues, and they have not been solved for many months. Every new occurance results in a new complaint with a timeframe of atleast one week. That is how they postpone things. The last time i spoke to a supervisor, he "swore" on his mom to assure me that my problem would be resolved this time. He even promised a follow-up. But Airtel didnot fail to deviate from thier policy of fooling consumers and likewise i got an sms saying bla bla bla. i had to callback and register another complaint. Can some english reading people at Airtel look into complaint number 25622806? i believe this complaint has a summary of all my other complaints. else you will have to dig into each one of them. Complaint number 26371986 is about complaint number 25622806 not being resolved. I running out of words. Airtel can make this happen to you as well.
