I was using Aritel broadband connection telephone number 0124-4382656, account number 12410174. On Aug 5th 2009, I requsted on Airtel customer care to disconnect the broadband service. Airtel request reference number is "828362". Executive of Airtel asked me to deposit the due amount and confirm that the connection will be disconitnued
I paid all the due amount. But even after three month, the connection is still in active state. I reported this problem to airtel through mail on Sep 25, 2009 at Care.NCR@airtel.in.
I got response on Oct 6, 2006 that Airtel already received the request and they will disconnect the number.

Even after confirmation, the connection is still in active state. I have written twice to Aritel on date Oct 20, 2009 and Nov 12, 2009. Now Even Airtel does not care to respond to my mails. They keep sending bills month by month.
