Hi,
I have filed a complaint to the Airtel Customer Service of which my complaint no. is 311622632300.
I have been repetedly calling to follow up on the case as for the past 5 days I am unable to recieve any calls on my phone, or send any SMS.
I was initially told by Airtel Customer support that Call divert was activated. I dont know how! I have never ever activated it.. Well nevertheless nothing has happened and the answer if anyone tries to call my no. it says unreachable or Switched off...
The messages to dont go depite the fact that the service centre no. is also right.
I am forced now to change my Service.
