I was dergisterd from NDNC by Airtel suo moto as I had filed several complaints regarding promotional calls received on my mobile from Airtel itself.
The DND complaint registration page at airtel website is faulty, it does not take any complaints.
There is no provision to register a complaint directly at the NDNC registry.
the staff at airtel customer care is ill informed and lack communication skills, and are unable to solve any problems.
