In my airtel prepaid account everyday some 2 rupees or 3 rupees is getting deducted for Value Added Services, which i'm not aware of.
When i call customer care number 121, i got this information that some VAS is active.
Most of the time i'm not getting connected to customer care by dialling 121.
If i get chance to talk to customer care executive, the call gets abruptly disconnected.
