I lost my SIM then i approached lobby at Visakahaptnam on 21-11 at 4 PM, they provided duplicate SIM after taking necessary identification proofs, they informed that my line will be activated with in 4 hours. But that was not happened. I have contacted the Customer care executives from Stuater day onwards every one used to take the SIM Number and informed that my phone will be activated within 2 to 4 hours. i have remember some of executive names they are Kalavathi, VIjay, Sri Lakshmi, Mr Raghavendra, Sanjayarani ID No 592409919, Swathi Id No 592409956, and the last one is Spandana on 24-11 at 3 PM. Except Raghavendra and Spandana all other executives have relectant to lodge my protect/complainat and to give complaiant Number for reasons best known to them. Swathi disconnected the line without giving correct answers. Mr Raghavendra at my request registered my complaint on 23-11 and provided Complaint No 29543297. The head of Executive Srilakshmi when i contacted her on 23--11 at 12 Noon she promised me that my SIM will Be acativated with in 2 hours and she inform the same to me by taking my alternative mobile Number but she also do it. No one provided the correct information. i specifically asked the excutives whetehr any fault with lobby at Visakhapatnam or what is difficulty in activating my connection but they did not disclose anything on every occation they used to colltect my SIM Number and gave false commucntion that the connectin will be activated within 2 to4 hours from the time of my contact some executive also taken alternative mobile number but thye failed to inform the difficulty. at last Spandana informed that the SIM number was allotted to other Mobile and asked me to contact to Lobby at Visakhapatnam once again. again i asked the executive whether it is possible to allot the same SIM number to other mobile when the SIM is with me. The executive informed that she has no information. simple asked me to contacat lobby at Visakhapatnam. Then i have went to lobby at Visakhapatnam then the executive after verification taken the SIM given to me previously and broken it then i asked why she did it without disclosing the information, then she infomed that SIM was damaged that is reason she did it and handed over another one by informing that the connection willbe activated within 2 hours. i am facing trouble from 21-11 onwards and no one giving correct inforamation. the acts of AIRTEL executive amounts to deficience of service and they have not taking the customers request seriously. due to this acts i am suffering a lot.as a praticing advocate i am facaing very hardship dut to mistake of your executives. i have constraied to take action for mental agony and sufferance.
