Collection Department Guy Using BAD Words

Yesterday I got one call From Airtel Guy. His name is Kumar mobile No 9500131100. He said one of my friend not paid the mobile bill .i said he s not in my my office, so please contact to him. Mean time that guy using some bad words. so immediately cut the phone. i raised the complaint to air tel regarding this ([email protected], [email protected]). But they are not giving Proper answer now itself. Today morning also i got the call from his (collection Dept Guy) number. i picked the if u have problem with my friend means u can take a leagal action. But he again scolding me using "BAD Words". Today i am feel very sad . suddenly i goes to airtel Office . i met with one airtel officer Mr. Muthu - Port Deactivation Department. But i didnt get any solution from Airtel. So please take the complaint and take severe action to Airtel and hat guy. Mean time i thought they misused the datas.
