I am regular user of airtel prepaid service bearing the number 0989 5007115 I recharged for Rs105.00 and had the offer tariff all india 50p. last week one of airtel dealer told they got the one best offer recharge for roaming which costs Rs 98.00 and also he told your previous offer will remain same. But when I recharged, I lost my all india 50p offer not only that no full talktime recharges also. I told my dealer that you are told my offer will not change, then he called to his senior and they told that is default, which they also not informed to any retailor.
then I contacted customer care and requested for refund of that Rs98 and retain my old plan of all india 50p. But they told only Rs 90 will be refunded and I will not get any offer my charges will be Re1 for local and Rs1.50 for STD
From 7days I`m regularly calling customer service, every one saying within 24Hr your problem will be solved, but no solution
They are not even refunded my Rs98 (the amount Rs90 they promice to give also not refunded)
