Unsetisfaction with customercare

Respected Sir,

Sub: unsetisfaction with the customer care officer of Airtell

My Mobile no is 9974037037.I had call to customer care office to ask about my land line call rate... They told me that your call rate is 1 rs/min.

After that I call my friend on 02782515871 whis is a bsnl landline no. And my talk is 45 seconds. But I pay 1.80 rs.

After this complication I again call them and ask about this they told me "It is our mistake and we will send you your .80 paise back in 24 hours... After talk with them I again Call on same no and talk for 9:30 minutes... And the charge is diplayed 18 rs..

After that I again talk with the executive officer and he told me that you have same rate 1.80 rs/minute and we can not give your money back...

I want a legal solution this..How can I complain against AIRTEL?

I have talk with the lots of person named ARCHANA, Mohit of airtell customer care..I dont remember all the names.

I realy need a solution. And i have faith in my government... Plz solv my problem as fast as possible...
