Outgoing calls is not working

Sir,

I am kannan, Staying at chennai.

My mob no is 9940067696.I have not making outgoing calls. I have furnished all the documents correctly. I have contact Airtel customer care 7 times. And the response is not favour. Actually my mobile has been lost. I call the customer care and I told to block my sim. After wards I buy a new mobile, and I get duplicate sim with my same number. At that time sim has work properly incoming and outgoing calls work fine. After next day only incoming calls is working.

I had contact Airtel customercare and I recieved a Reference number:0204039668.other ref number:0203005508, other one is:0201028584.

So I request u to solve the problem and make my mobile outgoing calls as soon as possible.
