I received message from airtel that

"

now on RS42 get RS38 talktime (extra RS28 in 48hrs). All incoming calla & calls to Airtel in roaming @60p, others@80p, Call local @40p, STD50p/min. Validity 3Yrs"

but when i had recharged then my first local call is 1rs & 1st std call 1.50rs then after first call local @40p and std@50p... when i loadge the complain then i informed that there is condition apply but from message it is not clarified..when told the airtel customer care executive that i will complain on consumer forum then he told you most welcome...
