Airtel eaten up my balence of Rs.598

Sl No.1 : What Airtel officer Gaurav Pal replied.

Sl No.2 : What I had sent to Airtel on the disconnected of my number 9810985865 and not refunding my money.

My Question is, I was not at fault. I had submitted the document required to the Dealer. If still Airtel want to cut the phone number then my balence money of Rs.598/- may kindly be refunded.

Sir,

In continuation of my previous mails, it is being posited that I had taken pictures of Invoice of Mobile Store and other proof which were given to the person incaharge in Mobile Store. As it had already been told that I had recharged it for Rs.598/- as I wished to use it in future. I had also visited Cellular Hut, Kalka Ji, New Delhi 110019, but they told me they can't help it. I told them that I had given photograph and Address proof to the person at Mobile Store, why anybody ask me for the same again and again. I, therefore request you to kindly Re-Activate 9810985865 or refund my balance to the address of my office below to avoid unwanted trouble as I had kept all the mail records and ready to go to court of law with the same for the sake of justice.

Enclosed : 1. Invoice of Mobile Store.

2. Proofs given to them along with customer copy (Airtel Number).
