Airtel company has charged me 500rs extra as a packed charges. I was not aware about the charges. on the date of 24th feb i made a request that these charges are not genuine so waive it, they said that they will waive it, but till today i am regulary calling on 121 cust care. but they said sir we will, i dont when they will, but always they commit sir 24 hours. I got irritate and said that i will complaint to consumer forum and to ur CEO. then they said u can freely write. Sir, my mobile no. is on my dad's name. i wanna change the ownership to my name but for this i have to clear all outstanding. thats y i am trying for early revert. my no. is 9872022205 and i am from amritsa
