My name is Sanjana Sharma n my airtel prepaid no. is 9867191549. In the past few days my balance is being deducted saying the download of some VAS. I have no idea of what this is. Also i tried callin the customer care but the call is not being transferred to the executive. In the recent past my balance has been deducted to a large amount though the VAS download deducts Rs.1.50. I dont know what is happening. I hope to get some help through this complaint.
