Hi
While taking Airtel connection the representative commited to provide first 2 months rentel free and 200 local minutes free for all the months.
Inspite of that I got the bill for which I logged the complaint (2 times) with Airtel and the same was closed without any intimation.
One thing observed that presales representative (for most of the products) committed a lot of things but once company got the cusomer they donot take care of the customer problems which customer is facing because of companies issue (which they should)
At end sorry to say that customer care in our country is worst
