Airtel Pune Customer care service non existant and System totally faulty

Since the day I brought my Lifetime Sim (29/02/08) I am fedup with the support from Airtel.

I have been trying to Activate my GPRS and am not able to. Trying to call up 121 mentions to send a SMS and nobody responds to it. You can never speak to a customer executive.

I went to the relation ship centre and they do not have any idea. Went to the Airtel main office and they too were not of much help.

After my GPRS got activated my Airtel account on 7th March my account was debited for Rs 30 instead of Rs 15

I have complained to the relation ship centre but resolution came from the Nodal officer.

Trying to send a sms to GPRSDEACT gets me the error your is not a valid

prepaid No.

Every time I have to run to the Airtel relationship centre 3Km away to get the service deactivated.

Trying to call 121 is useless as is sending them an SMS.

They do not allow deactivation by sms and even if you mention to deactivate the GPRS 6 hours before rather than their timing of 4 hours before still they will deduct the money for the next day.

Whom to I complain.. I wish this be brought to light. I have all the proofs like SMS sent and mails to the nodal officer and this can be taken to consumer court as well…
