I bought a new airtel pre-paid connection and submitted my address proofs as required.The connection was working fine.
Then Suddenly on feb13, airtel blocked all my calls, both incoming and outgoing.
I went and submitted the proofs again thinking the first time there might have been some mistake from airtel's side.
There was no communication from airtel even though i went to airtel office twice in Koramangala, bangalore and they assured me that everything would be ok.
Then I got a huge shock when after 15 days, they de-activated my sim. I went again to airtel office and now they told that they could do nothing, because their back-end operations people had done it.they told that the 1 year validity and 200Rs talktime in the sim would also have to be forfeited.

would advise you to stay away from airtel because they least care for their customers .
