Dear Consumers

I and my entire family is subscriber was Air Tel subscriber for quite some time. I got my airtel converted to prepaid after using for more than 2 years approx. During my connection as post paid and prepaid I has submitted documents and duly verified by company officials.

After one year my cell was discontinued stating reasons that my documents are not proper. I once again submitted my documents after two days cell started working.

Once again my cell has been discontinued with the same reasons “My documents are not proper”. I once again submitted documents. More than 24 hrs have passed still not connected. When called help line they say more 24 hrs are required.

I am irritated with Airtel company for arbitrator disconnection my cell. It is simple harassment to customers especially pre paid ones. It is my challenge to Airtel if they are company of repute let them show what documents are wrong.

Company should have thought before completely disconnecting cell phone at least allow incoming call for sometime like BSNL land lines.

My sincere suggestion to airtel new customers please take acknowledgement of all letters/documents given to Airtel office so you are not harassed.
