I'm an AIRTEL PREPAID user and my cell no. is 9831617288, I want to deactivate the scheme in which Rs. 25 is deducted from my balance every month in the first week, thereby reducing all my local call charges to Re.1. I want to opt for other better power plans that has already been launched by your company. But I don't know the process by which I can deactivate my present scheme.
I have already called on 121 and on your other customer services and have sent quite a few sms's but have not received a proper reply. I can't even talk with your customer care executives.
Please solve my query as early as possible.
