Dear Sir,
I am having a pre-paid connection (91 98 1827 3827) since 2002.
I normally do recharge every month though ICICI bank. This month also, on 19th March I have recharged my connection for Rs. 350/- (one month validity). The transaction id of the bank is 51417221. For some technical reason the connection is not yet re-charged though the amount has been debited from my account.
I have been following it up with your customer care since that day, but, every time I call, they give me an odd reason of being their server down. As a customer, I expect courtesy reply from your side so that I can atleast think that my problem is being solved.
This is not at all acceptable. The customer care team is incapable of handing customer grievances / query. And, moreover, many a times your people are not at all courteous.
May I please expect now to someone reply this or I would be forced to change the service provider.
