NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAIN MADE

I HAVE AN AIRTEL CONNECTION PREPAID SERVICE. I RECHARGE WITH Rs.98- FRIENDS CARD. ACCORDING TO THAT SCHEME, BETWEEN 3PM TO 5PM AND BETWEEN 10 PM TO 8 AM, ALL CALLS TO AIRTEL NO. WILL BE CHARGED AS 10 PAISE PER MINUTE.

I MADE A CALL TO THE AIRTEL NO. AFTER 10PM NEARBY DATE TO 31ST MARCH, FOR AROUND 2MINUTES, AND I WAS CHARGED 2 Rs. FOR THAT CALL, ALTHOUGH I SHOULD BE CHARGE 20 PAISE, AGAIN ON 5TH APRIL, WHEN I MADE CALL AROUND 3:05 PM, I WAS CHARGED Rs.1.00, ALTHOUGH I SHOULD BE CHARGE 10 PAISE.

I MADE COMPLAIN TO AIRTEL FOR THE SAME AGAIN & AGAIN, BUT THERE WAS NO ARESPONSE. SOMETIMES, THE CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THAT THE SYSTEM IS UPDATING. SOMETIMES THEY TOLD ME THAT THE COMPLAIN IS FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT.

MY POINT IS: NEITHER THEY CAN REPLY PPROPERLY TO THE CUSTOMER, NOR CAN THEY PROVIDE THE SERVICE PROPERLY.

I AM NOT CONCERNED ABT THE AMOUNT Rs.3-. MY POINT IS TTHAT THE COMPANY MUST BE DOING THIS WITH MANY OTHER USERS, HENCE SOME ACTIONS MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
