No tower (signal)

I Have airtel prepaid. I am in pondicherry, local area sedurapet-605111. I have low signal problem for a long time. Only out of my house only i am getting signal. Inside of My house i am not getting signal. I already complained regarding this problem to customer care. But no action is taken yet regarding this problem.
