Forceful Debit for VAS

My Post paid Mobile connection was converted to prepaid on 22.02.thereby discontinuing any VAS services. The recharge Voucher for 495 Life time was purchased by me by kepping the same No 9890917603.

However the Company -Airtel Debited 2 times for VAS there by reducing the Balance by Rs 198.The Company had confirmed that the service of VAS was deactivated. I have sent SMS to 121 on this issue and have received SMS from 121 saying that the forceful debit will be credited - but so far not done.

Please stop such loot on Prepaid connections.
