This is Anjani want to draw your kind attention that out going facility deactivated several time from my Mobile no 9939607987 within 10days, however cr bal is sufficient. There is no any custome care No. provided by airtel to say the problem. Only customer can sent message on 121, this facility auto stopped also when outgoing facility disrupted. Situation of customer care Patna is very crucial. If a customer want to lodge complain or inform the problem with customer associates, He will have to present 10am on the door of customer care. Thereafter he have to stay in queue minimum 3 to 4 hour. Can I trust on airtel to resolve my problem after receiving my message and give facility to customer, to keep their problem to customer associates by phone.
