NOT GIVING WHAT WE SHOULD GET IN THE PLAN

Dear sir,

i have aritel connection in gurgaon and have taken there 999home plan in which it is said downloading speed i atleast 48kilobytes/second will be given. But they don't give that much speed at all. They give for few days and after change it to the speed of 749home broadband plan. Ihave complained more than 13 times to them and they don't take action and don't let me talk to the supervisior. After complain they fixes the right speed for 2 or 3 days after that again the same problem. Today only i complained again and gave me reference no.6109632 and two day before also i had complained and i had got reference no.6024832.They don't care about my complain and today a phone came from no.0124-4000301 asking is it working right and i said yes after complaining it works right and the person by mistake said we have a process of seeing everyone speed and uses and we on our own intentioanally reduces the speed. I have even mailed them about complaining to "[email protected]" and later to higher region at "appellate.ncr@ airtel.in" then also no help has been given to us. The message given to them was as follows:

Dear Sir,

I have broadband connection Home999 plan in which the speed is said at least 384kbps that's is 48kilobytes/second.

Before this i had Home699 plan in which the speed was lower than this. When i got the plan changed to Home999 the speed hadn't changed until i called and complained they corrected the speed. After few days they again reduced the speed and now it is again done. I am getting the speed not even of Home 799 plan. And if i get speed i should get than it is there for few seconds and than fluctuates to than 28kilobytes/second.

Well i need downloading for my work and i know the tricks the airtel is doing. These are the tricks the airtel is doing and its sad to see this.

When it is said this much speed than we should get, its our right. Because when it is said to us to pay Rs999 we pay for that than why not we get what we should get in exchange of that.

Other thing i would like to say is that BSNL is providing unlimited speed at Rs900 connection in which you get Rs1 call to std at mobile or landline per minute. The speed is there is 250kilobytes per second that is 2000kbps and airtel gives 384kbps and charges Rs999.

This is all i would like to tell as i have written a lot.

I request that my connection problem be sorted out and i request to see what i have written above as this will help airtel.

It must be in your thoughts that BSNL service is bad but it has improved now and more than 45 friends of mine have shifted to BSNL from airtel and they keep telling about BSNL i am one of the person been told too now and since of the above i am telling others to take BSNL too and they are taking that only.

NO HELP I HAVE GOT SINCE THAN ALSO.

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO HIGH COURT OR CONSUMER COURT AS WE HAVE THE RIGHT .

I HAVE TO FINE THEM WITH A HUGE AMOUNT BECAUSE IF THIS KEEP HAPPENING IN OUR COUNTRY THAN IT WILL BE BAD FOR OUR DEVELOPMENT AND THIS WILL MAKE OTHER COMPANY TO REMEBER TO GIVE RIGHT SERVICES TO THE CONSUMER
