Overcharging of monthly bill

I am having a corporate connection in my name. I got bill for the month nof March for Rs.1058.77 in which a sum of Rs.199/-has been charged as Value added Service charges for which I had never asked the co.fficials to activate this service since I took the connection. Similarly they have charged Rs.50/- as late fee for making payment of disputed bill late. I sent two faxes to the customer care centre to deduct this excess charged amount from my bill which they have not done so far. However, I deposited Rs.360/- on 12-04 but I am sorry to point out here that not to speak of curtailing excess amount charged to the tuine of Rs.259/- but they have disconnected my connection 98760-20670 since April1. Since beginning of my connection, co. has been providing me full satisfactory service but for the last 4 months I have been meeting the same problem of excess charging of mobile bills. The co. officials at the customer care centre have not responded to my any fax message sent so far.my connection has been disconnected since April for which period I would not pay any rental and through this writing again inform you to grt my excess amount deducted out of my March bill so that I settle its balance amount and restoe my number immediately for avoidance of my further future unnecessary harrassment otherwise I will be compelled tomove to the consumer court for redressal of my complaint and necessary compensation for the unnecessary harassment given to me. I am Deputy Manager in a Nationalised Bank.
