Airtel Sucks (CAPITAL BOLD)

On 11th of this month, I activated GPRS on my Airtel mobile since I was traveling to Gujarat and I wanted internet on my laptop. However, inspite of sending repeated SMS, calling 121 to get the settings, I never got it. Finally I found it on the net and started the connection but the speed was so pathetic that immediately I sent a message to deactivate GPRS. However, I got an error every time I sent a message. When I called 121 in Ahmedabad, they said they cannot deactivate from there, I have to call a mobile number which will not be tollfree. I called the number and the executive said that she will "FORWARD" the complaint. However, when my balance was getting deducted for the next two days, I sent an email, in which I got a reply that my problem will be solved in 24 hours. However, till 18th of this month, nothing happened and my 14.99 was getting deducted on a daily basis. When I came to Bombay on 18th and called 121, they took my complaint but still nothing happened. After a day or two, I called and they said they will refund. I got a total refund of 45 rupees out of Rs.300 that they have deducted from my mobile. I have sent atleast 10 emails, more than 30 SMS, called atleast twice a day to their toll free since last 20 days. The only option was to not recharge my mobile. Now I am using this mobile only as an incoming because once I refill it, again the same story will start.

DON'T EVER USE PATHETIC AIRTEL'S GPRS. AIRTEL GPRS SUCKS. AIRTEL GPRS SUCKS. AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIGGER.
