On 23rd April I have received cricket update messages from Airtel and Airtel has deduced Rs. 30/- as rent of the same without my request. I have tried many times to contact Airtel Customer Care but not succeeded. At about 8:15 PM I have succeeded to talk to Airtel Customer Care Executive and they told me that i can submit a complaint in 198 toll-free number and they also suggest me to unsubscribe the facility of cricket update. Thereafter I first unsubscribe the cricket update facility and thereafter I call 198. The receiving person told me that their system is not working properly so call them after 1-2 hours or at the next date.

Thereafter I call them in 8:00 AM on 24th April and then they call me that they have not received the feedback of the system and I shall call them after 5-6 hours. I call them again at about 7:30 PM. That time they give me a complaint number and told me that they will take action and intimate me within 48 hours.

I call them again at 28th April but they have after receiving information regarding deduction of amount cut the call. I have tried continuously. On the 4th attempt I talk the Airtel Customer Care Executive and they assure me that they will refund back my amount on 29th April.

Again I wait and again they people not complete their promise. When I call them today i.e. 01.05.2008 they said that the deduction of amount is our fault.

The service of Airtel is becoming very bad in the last couple of years. I am ready very upset and we have used 3 prepaid and 2 postpaid connection of Airtel and I have facing the problem in all the connection.
