Bad Coverage

Dear Sir,

I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection, Since 4 months i am facing severe Coverage Problem, I have registered Complaint, when ever i speak to Call Centre officer they are registering the complaint & giving Request number, but without rectifying the problem and confirming with me they are closing the complaint. Till date my problem is not solved.

Please note that the problem is with all the Airtel users in our place (Writer Basti, kiothagudem, khammam District).

I am enclosing the complaint numbers with which i have registered my problem, please look into the issue and confirm the action taken.
