I recently activated the Blackberry service with Airtel.
Its been 3 days but they have still not been able to activate it - after trying to register my phone with them, they said they were not able to register it and will raise a service request on it.
When I called them the following day, they said they will retrovision the number and then I need to register again.
The following day, I tried to register with them again - again I have the same problem.
Now I am told that another service request is being raised and I will know in 24 hours what the problem really is...
I am wondering - after paying a hefty sum every month, is this what they do for a corporate customer?
