Plz its urgent... having problm 4m 9 days

Hi,

sir my name is bharat kalra i m from jaipur right now n using airtel prepaid . i having probelm from last 9 days... i also call 2 ur custemer care my complan nub is 4253611020... and d tym which was given 2 me 4 responce is ove now its 17 may till 3 pm...

but my problm is still same.my airtel nub is 9929229253...

plz its urgent take some action as soon as possible. i shell b thank full 2 u all team...
