I don't know what to say about this Airtel people. Giving poor & poor service.
My bill dtd. 9/3 was of Rs.251. I have recd. a call from Airtel that I have to pay Rs.140 only and Rs.112 is your reimbursement. So I have paid accordingly. But my payment was not credited to my account because of their mistake and ultimately the late payment fees charged to me again.
For next month's bill, I went to their Customer Relationship Centre at Vasai (W) and told them about the matter. They told me to pay amount which is relevant according to me and they assured me that next time no late payment would be charged to you.
But again the bill came for the month of May which includes again late payment fees and ultimately additing tax amount also. The final bill is of Rs.321. Instead of I have to pay the bill, Airtel should first reimburse me Rs.24.32 and the actual bill should be Rs.236 instead of Rs.321.
