I am a prepaid customer (mo. no. 919910686389).i called for knowing about internet plans available in airtel.customer excecutive told me that, a plan we have to prepaid customer charge is 599 per month, then i asked him whats the processor to activate this service.he say fist u sms MO to 170 and MO 52567.your request will activate in 48 hours.

i am student of BCA.i required a net connection on my laptop for about university exam shedule, reslult & other usefull information which is released by uni.i land a amount of rupees 700 from my freind to recharge my mobile.i rechsrched at sunday (18th of may) at 5:15 pm, then as he told me i had sent a message.after 48 hours, nothing response they game me.

i call again to airtel customer care, there is noresponse for me.i had not receive settings yet.
