Dear sir/mam

This is in reference to the complaints no 4899942 and 6261680. My husband

Mr. Ankush Gupta applied for an airtel broadband connection. The forms were

duly filled and the payment was made by cheque which was also cleared on time. The customer enrollment form number was 1124954.the cheque was given for 8th Feb. 2008. After a month when we contacted the company then we were told that connection will be given soon. After 15 days we were told that connection cannot be given. this information was provided when we asked .no

customer service was given.

then repeated enquiries to your office revealed that at the time of getting the forms filled, taking the cheque and depositing the cheque the company and the concerene dexceutive d (Mr. Ahmed, mobile no--9818390346) knew very well that company is not in the position to provide conncetion to the location F-29 hauz khas enclave. yet the cheque

was taken. When the company didn't had a product to sell then why it made a

booking for it and took the payment.

This is against the normal profession work ethics.

Does it take more than two months to process a simple case of Rs. 800? This

is pure business malpractice and unfair business dealing on part of

airtel. When company wanted money form me it came within two days and took

the money for a service which it very well knew it couldn't provide. Now it

is delaying refund of my hard earned money. Till today the company has not

apologized or done anything to make the refund. Its only when I enquire

than a repeated complaint is lodged.form past two months i have been haering (that too when i contact airtel

) that my claim is in process. when it will be processed. Secondly i would like to know why Airtel and its exceutive Mr. Ahme dcommited this forgery with me.why i ahve been cheate dwith my hard earned and why is there relectuance to pay me my money back.

Besides till today nobody form airtel ahs made any inquiry for my grievances. Due to your negligence i couldnot get broadband installed for four months and lost percious business.yet no aplogy has been tendred.

instead when ever i inquired form Mr. Ahmed about payback of my money he always said that iam at mercy of Airtel and if he and company wouldnot wish than i wont get my money back and i can do anything that i want to do. same reply was given to me by your telemarketing female officials,

Why executive sat Airtel are so rude and refuse to accpet their mistake. Just to achive his target Mr. Ahmed along with Airtel staff swindled me of my money and yet threatned me with dire consequences.

Till today i have not been compensated. your telemarketing excutives suggets that if i try to go to court than it will be my loss as Airtel is too big a company and it can do anything to me and harm my business.

It seems like Airtel has made it a business practice to profit from money of innocent people and yet its executive stake pride in threatening me with dire consequences when i inquire for my refund.
